BubblesLDN Hot Tub Hire – Terms & Conditions

By booking a hot tub with BubblesLDN, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking and Payments
    1.1 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
    1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  2. Power and Water Supply
    2.1 You are responsible for providing a power supply (13 amp socket) and water source within 10 meters of the hot tub setup location.
    2.2 If power and water supply are not within the required distance, additional charges may apply for alternative solutions or you may be required to rearrange the setup location.

  3. Delivery and Setup
    3.1 Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
    3.2 You must ensure that the setup location is accessible and free from any obstructions. Any issues with access may result in additional charges or delays.

  4. Use and Safety
    4.1 Hot tubs must be used responsibly and only by individuals who are in good health.
    4.2 Alcohol and drugs should be consumed in moderation.
    4.3 Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    5.1 Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.
    5.2 Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the booking will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
    5.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 weeks of hire.

  6. Liability
    6.1 BubblesLDN is not responsible for any damage to property, injuries, or accidents caused by the hot tub during the hire period.
    6.2 You agree to use the hot tub at your own risk.

  7. Return and Collection
    7.1 The hot tub must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, and any damage or misuse may result in additional charges.
    7.2 Collection will occur at the agreed time, and you are required to ensure the hot tub is accessible for removal.

  8. Weather Conditions
    8.1 In the event of extreme weather conditions, BubblesLDN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.
    8.2 You will be notified promptly if any changes are necessary.

  9. Privacy Policy
    9.1 BubblesLDN respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except for the purpose of delivering your hire.

  • How do I book a hot tub?
    Booking a hot tub is easy! Simply visit our website or contact us directly via phone or email. We'll confirm availability, discuss your preferred hire dates, and take payment to secure your booking.
  • Do I need to provide power and water?
    Yes, we require a 13 amp power supply and access to water within 10 meters of the setup location. If this isn’t possible, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange an alternative solution.
  • What’s included in the hire price?
    Our hot tub hire includes delivery, setup, and collection. We also provide all necessary chemicals for water maintenance during the hire period. Additional add-ons, like luxury seating or mood lighting, are available for an extra fee.
  • Can I add extra features to my booking?
    Absolutely! We offer a range of extra features such as mood lighting, extra seating, music systems, and more. Let us know when booking, and we can include these in your hire package.
  • How do I care for the hot tub during my hire period?
    We provide all the necessary chemicals for water maintenance. We recommend following our simple instructions, and if you have any concerns, our team is available to offer guidance.
  • Is the hot tub safe to use in cold weather?
    Yes! Our hot tubs are designed for year-round use and heat up to 40C, even in colder weather. However, please ensure the location is safe and accessible during winter months.
  • Is there a minimum hire period?
    Our minimum hire period is 2 days, but we also offer weekend and weekly hire options. Please contact us for longer-term bookings.
  • Can I have the hot tub set up indoors or in my garden?
    Due to insurance purposes we only supply Hot Tubs Outdoors.
  • What if the hot tub is damaged during my hire?
    We ask that the hot tub is used responsibly. If damage occurs, you may be charged for repairs or replacement. We advise all users to follow safety guidelines to avoid any accidents or damage.
